You are purchasing the right to enter along with a souvenir drinking middy. Once inside the festival area you have access to taste over 100 beers from 25 craft brewery stalls, 12 bbq catering stalls providing a huge array of cuisine, plus live music all day, a 5 race card of piglet racing, 3 lawn mower races each day, face painting and art activities for kids, eating competitions each day, the opportunity to talk with team members of the 27 competitive bbq teams and 20 bbq related expo merchant stalls to shop at. Knives, BBQs, Ribs, Sauces etc.

The entry ticket goes a long way to cover the costs of providing such entertainment, and paying for the required infrastructure hire and insurance, but at only $26 / $35 it does not cover the cost of your food and drinks sorry.

Once again this year the festival will be raising money for the Melanoma Foundation. The Victor Chang Heart Research institute as well as local groups the Kangaroo Valley Community Garden and the Bomaderry Junior AFL club where a lot of KV kids play.

Children 12 & under are free of charge. No ticket needed. 

Concession price for ages 13 -17 and concession card holders.

You can buy tickets at the gate. But early on there’s a long queue for non ticket holders. So if you are certain you are coming you should purchase beforehand.

The Friendly Inn is typically a pet-friendly venue, however, for the Kangaroo Valley Craft Beer and BBQ Festival, pets will not be allowed to this event.

There is off street parking 100m up the road at Kangaroo Valley Showgrounds.
