Inaugural Grand Champions of the 2016 Kangaroo Valley BBQ, Scotch and Smoke, are set to return to the Friendly Inn for some unfinished business. Hailing from Seaforth on Sydney's northern beaches, the trio of smokers plan to bring their own style of low-and-slow bbq back down the coast to take out the crown. And they may just do it too...
Scotch & Smoke is built up of three mates: Nick, Scott and Brad. The boys starting off in early 2015 competing all around Australia in low and slow barbecue. After plenty of success in the circuit, winning multiple competitions and awards, they knew they had to share what they did with as many Aussies as they could.

Since their early success in the 2015 Burleigh BBQ Championship, where the boys took out 1st places in the Beef and the Chicken categories, these guys have notched up a staggering twenty nine trophies and placings across the East Coast. And that's not including a 4th place for 2016 and a 10th place for 2017 in the coveted Barbeques Galore Australian Barbeque Championships.
