Their range of smokey good meats are incredibly popular and certain to amaze. Be sure to try the Chorizo plate or the specialty 'Picanha' Rump Steak Roll. Picanha is a popular Brazilian cut of beef. In Australia, we call it sirloin cap or rump cap. Picanha is incredibly tender when slow cooked and I’m tipping, goes very very well with a Chipotle Porter.
